/api/ContestEntry/by-contest/{contestId} - GET

get http://api.hxro.io/hxroapi/api/ContestEntry/by-contest/{contestId}

Returns the information on the specified contest IF the player has joined the contest, otherwise, it will return a 200 and an empty JSON. It returns a 200 for anything that has a proper contested format, even if it is not a real contest
